First Visit:
Your first visit will last approximately 2-3 hours, and will be an in-depth review of your medical history, and other various aspects of your life, including relationships, sleep, stress, and more. You’ll have a chance to tell your story, we’ll review any recent labs, and ask each other questions. The purpose of the first visit is to help me better understand what might be the root cause of your ailments and how best to support you. I will recommend any additional labs needed and you will have a preliminary plan of how to move forward.
Offerings:
You will receive a customized homeopathic treatment plan as well as lifestyle, nutrition & movement recommendations based on what we discuss. If relevant, your plan will also include supplement recommendations and physical medicine. Additionally, you will walk away from your first visit with a second opinion on any recent labs, my thoughts on underlying health issues, and how to proceed. Contactless communication is available by telephone.
Subsequent Visits:
In 2 – 3 weeks’ time, we will meet again to go over any new lab results and assess treatment efficacy. Thereafter, subsequent visits will be scheduled as needed based on your unique case. Most patients working toward specific health goals benefit from monthly check-ins for 6 – 12 months after the first visit. These session are typically 30 – 60 minutes long. These visits are a good time to check in on progress we are making toward reaching your goals, troubleshoot any problem areas, and continue optimizing your plan as your health situation changes. We can follow up by telephone or video, and these sessions are typically 20 – 40 minutes long.

Why should I choose you as my doctor?
With your commitment toward improved health, and our passion and expertise for wellness, we can help you achieve your health goals! It is our experience that people seeking to improve their health are most successful when they find a place where they feel comfortable, can express themselves, and are given the opportunity to work side-by-side with a medical professional who is willing to take the time to help them reach their goals. That is our commitment to you. Likewise, we are seeking individuals and families who are interested in improving themselves regardless of where they are starting from. If this describes you, we believe we can accomplish great things together.
How much does it cost?
This is always an important question. At Holisma Healthcare, you can be sure that you are paying a fair price for the care you receive. To accomplish this we charge by the minute, meaning that if an office visit takes 47minutes instead of one hour, you will only be paying for the 47 minutes. When you come to the doctor you will only pay for what you get – ensuring you get the most for your health care investment. We have also taken steps to cut our costs and have passed that savings onto you. Please call our office and we can help you get a better idea of the relative cost of care in your specific situation.
What can I expect on the first visit?
The length, breadth and depth of the initial visit will vary according to your needs and circumstances. However, as a new patient you can count on a few things: First, an interview will be conducted to obtain a detailed history of your health situation. After hearing your story, a physical examination will take place to further investigate your current health state. We will also request your pertinent medical records from any other providers that you are working with now or have worked with in the past. After reviewing all the information available, we will discuss with you your current state of health, our medical approach as it pertains to your situation, and the potential outcomes we can pursue. We will then construct a treatment plan that will address the reasons you came to us as well as outline a long term program for your individual health and wellness.
Do you accept insurance?
No.
Do you allow walk-ins?
No.
Is there a late cancel I should be aware of?
Yes! Due to the high demand for appointments we ask you to value our provider’s time by arriving to your scheduled appointment. Our office will assess a late cancel fee if a patient cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, or if they do not show up for a scheduled visit. The late cancelation fee for our office is $105. Please help us by planning accordingly and arriving to your appointments at the scheduled time.
